混沌水轮的设计是受罗仑兹水车的启发,能近似地演示一种混沌,比较直观。虽然上面淋水系统是规则的,下面盛水的水轮也是对称规则的,但它却能出现无规则的貌似随机的运动。通过对本展品的仔细观察,希望能引起观众对“混沌”的关注。
