共振环

展品说明: 

物体本身都存在一个固有的振动频率,这个固有频率由物体的材料、形状、质量分布等因素决定。如果外   

界强加给他的刺激的频率与固有频率相同,就会发生共振。高音喇叭发出的声波推动金属环作受迫振动。当把喇叭的频率调整到金属环的固有频率时,金属环会产生剧烈的共振。

Exhibit Explanation:

Each object has an inherent vibration frequency, which mainly depends on the material, shape and mass distribution of the object. Resonance occurs when the imposed stimulant has the same frequency with its inherent frequency. The metal ring is forced to vibrate by sound waves emitted by the tweeters. When the vibrating frequency of tweeter is adjusted to the inherent frequency of the metal ring, it will generate intense resonance. 

操作方法:转动旋钮调整频率,观察圆环的共振情况。

Operating Instruction:

Turn the knob to change the frequency and observe the resonance of the round ring.
